Upon her return to the real estate industry Barbara immediately built the award-winning website BeachByBabs.com and aggressively marketed that site on Yahoo, Google, AOL and MSN.

BeachByBabs.com now receives some of the highest traffic volume for visitors searching in the Rehoboth Beach, Lewes, and surrounding areas. All our listings are distinguished as Featured Properties on this site and each has their own unique URL allowing for better indexing by the various search engines. Whatever page a Buyer may go to on BeachByBabs.com the “Featured Properties” link is always prominently visible.

In the Summer of 2006 AARP named Rehoboth Beach as one of the Top 5 Best Places to Retire. This created another large demographic that would be searching the internet looking for information about our area. In response, Barbara developed a new website RetirementInDelaware.com. It also commands some of the highest number of searches consumers use on the internet to find residential real estate and commercial real estate, as well as vacation rentals, entertainment information and news in Delaware. WaterfrontHomesDelaware.com features only waterfront properties and communities. The search term “waterfront” much like the search term “Rehoboth Beach” receives a significantly higher number of searches than most real estate search terms and we want to make sure that we capture those buyers for our clients.
